InTime Data can provide solutions for practices trying to offer greater patient involvement

Of all of the issues practices have to deal with right now, it would appear that the requirement to conduct a patient survey that must be developed with the agreement of the Patient Reference Group (PRG) is the biggest challenge.

No doubt many practice managers are considering eLearning as a way of proving staff competence in each of the key areas, as it is a sure way of showing who was trained, when training took place and that the trainee achieved the required pass mark to be deemed competent.
