Practice staff training needs survey launched

Management in Practice has launched a new online survey seeking practice managers' opinions on the training needs of receptionists and practice managers.

The survey aims to find out what you think of the current provision of training and professional development opportunities for GP practice frontline staff.

Questions include a focus on key skill groups, such as communication, IT skills and customer care.

All UK practice managers are encouraged to complete this short survey, which will close on 6 November 2009.
