The General Practice Awards 2012 will be held at a black tie dinner and ceremony at the Hilton, Park Lane, Central London on 1 November.

Campden Health’s expert editorial boards will select a shortlist of finalists across several categories, with the winners to be announced in Nursing in Practice, GP Business and Management in Practice.

At last year's awards, more than 450 healthcare professionals paid tribute to the hard work, innovation and dedication of GP surgery teams across the UK.
